I'm Michele Shore, a family & newborn photographer based in Dallas, TX and available for travel around the world. My photography style is natural, candid & airy to create genuine & timeless moments.
I specialize in natural light photography. My sessions focus on genuine connections and candid moments - capturing the love, laughter, and little details that make your family's story unique. My goal is to make every image look soft, organic, and effortless, and of course make my clients look & feel their absolute best!
My Story
I was born in New Orleans, LA, but have lived in Texas most of my life. However, I still consider New Orleans my hometown. I first started in the photography industry when I was just 14 working in a portrait studio until I was 17. I then went to the University of North Texas where I got my Bachelor's degree in Business. It wasn't until my Junior year of college that I realized I wanted to pick up photography again and actually start my own business. A year later, I married my high school sweetheart, Daniel, who is the most amazing man! He is the one who inspired & motivated me to pursue this photography dream! After we got married, I started taking classes & workshops & assisting local wedding photographers.
For over 12 years, I had the honor of photographing weddings - capturing love stories, laughter, and some of the most meaningful moments in people's lives. In 2023, I stepped away to focus on my own family and recharge creatively. That season gave me fresh perspective and reminded me of the beauty found in everyday moments.
Now, I'm thrilled to return to photography with a new focus: families and newborns. My heart is in capturing the simple, genuine connections - the snuggles, giggles, and little in-between moments that tell your story. With a natural light, lifestyle approach, I aim to create timeless images you'll treasure for years to come.

I believe that each of my clients are unique and no ones story is exactly the same. I want to tell that story through my lens in a way that will enable you to look back on this time in your life 50 years from now and feel as though you are reliving the day all over again. I believe in using natural light to create airy & organic images, and I direct my clients in a way so they are not overly posed. I find that the best images are the ones that are natural, candid, and fun.My Philosophy
